Not really.  If I undrestand correctly FreeDiams need some database.
You build a database which is created from data which are distributed
under a DFSG free license and ship it with FreeDiams.  Please make sure
the complete license text and the original documentation will be
provided inside the tarball (and as I mentioned some notes about the
creation process).

All other databases which are in conflict with DFSG (non-commercial,
exclusive academic , whatever) should be provided in a separate
source tarball, say

    freediams-extra-drugs_non-free-<version>.tar.gz

and also here make sure to quote the license text from the original
location.  This is not only important for Debian - it is for every other
user and specifically for you as author to be very clear about the
license.

We might package this as freediams-extra-drugs Debian package in
Debian non-free and might do a

    Suggests: freediams-extra-drugs

inside the freediams package.
