IMHO every person *we* *know* who is happy to do such postings should
get the details. I'm not sure how we technically can back up this *we*
*know*. The Debian keyring is one thing, and I do at least know William
in person and I would trust this person here on this list not simply to
pretend to be that William Spooner I learned to know in Travemünde.
So sending the details encrypted for
William Spooner <whs@eaglegenomics.com>
should be fine.
