But the preamble (or a derivative) is included in this case.

Current mail filters: many dial-up/DSL/cable modem hosts, and the
following domains: atlas.cz, bigpond.com, postino.it, tiscali.co.uk,
tiscali.cz, tiscali.it, voila.fr.
