No, that is a dictionary. Go find one and look up the definition of
"encyclopedia". An encyclopedia is a work that aims at containing all
knowledge (about a given subject, or the total knowledge of humanity
in general). Encyclopeias are usually arranged as a set articles
arranged in lexicographic order according to keywords - but this is
merely an editorial principle; it is *not* the purpose of the
encyclopedia as such.
