http://creativecommons.org/faq#faq_entry_3321 makes it clear the Creative
Commons does not intend to get involved with software licensing.  This
section even references you, RMS, and the FSF.  You might want to ask them
to insert the word "GNU" in the following part:

   "Foremost among these is Richard Stallman, founder of The Free Software
    Foundation and author of the General Public License, or the GNU GPL."

to make it read "[...] author of the GNU General Public License, or the GNU
GPL.".
