Re: no floppy controller found



Thank you, Mr. Toresson!  This little point about the usb drive was
the little hint I needed to get me doing more appropriate google
searches. I then changed the floppy line in /etc/fstab to the
following, which did the trick (I naively had /dev/fd0 before):

/dev/sda	/floppy		auto	user,noauto	0	0
