Doch, ist es, aber der Linktext entspricht nicht dem Text der
verlinkten Überschrift. Das ist in der direkt aus dem Quelltext
erzeugten HTML-Version unkritisch, aber fürs Terminal und in den
Online-Handuchseitensammlungen verwirrend, weil Letztere ja HTML aus
Groff erzeugen – da ist der anklickbare Link weg.

Eigentlich sind auch die spitzen Klammern entbehrlich… Aber ich setze
mal deswegen kein FIXME, weil ich nicht weiß, wie es sich in der oben
erwähnten HTML-Version auswirkt. Ansonsten so übernommen.
