Könnten auch Dateien wie /dev/sda1 usw. gemeint sein. Plattendateien ist hier
allgemeiner und umfasst diese ebenfalls.

Ja, in Groff ist \aq ein einfacher Apostroph. Beim Bau der Manpage würde also
'\\e0' daraus.
