Oh, das ist wirklich nicht schwierig.
Zuerst reichst Du den Fehlerbericht ein:
reportbug phabricator
Als Tags (Markierungen) »l10n« und »patch« verwenden. Im Fehlerbetriff
am besten »Initial German Debconf translation« eintragen.
Im Text des Fehlers etwas wie:
Please add the attached German Debconf translation to your next
upload. If you update the template, please contact me so that I can
update the translation, too.
eintragen.[1]
Sobald die Antwort auf den Fehlerbericht bei Dir eingetrudelt ist,
kennst Du die Fehlernummer. Dann einfach eine Antwort auf diese E-Mail
an die Liste senden, wobei Du statt »Re: [RFR] …« den Betreff
»[BTS#xxxxxx] …« verwendest, wobei Du statt »xxxxxx« die erhaltene
Nummer des Fehler einträgst.
Dann ist alles klar.
