Actually it's "Uniform", and besides, one thing can easily be unique
relative to a given context (for instance, within the context of this
email the pronoun "I" has a unique referent).

Nonetheless, swapping from the jargon term "URL" to something in plain
English is probably an improvement... Except that "addresse" is
correctly spelled "address" in English (and "adresse" in French).
