pxeboot and rom-o-matic (5.4.0 or better)

It looks like rom-o-matic5.4.0 and later (5.4.1)  boot
knoppix 4.0.2 fine with the pxeboot image. 5.2.5 and
5.2.6 (the two previous production versions) don't.  
I didn't test with any earlier or development releases.


(( It just hit me that using the cramfs images work
really well for netboot installations, since
decompression is likely to be faster than transmission
for at least 10 and 100Mbit networks. ))
