I'm talking about restoring the tux4kids lists which were being hosted
on tux4kids.net (up until the server went away). We had lists for the
OSEF board (which wouldn't be appropriate here) as well as lists for the
various projects that Tux4Kids had (also not appropriate here).

Tux4Kids was always supposed to just be about building educational apps.
We allied with Debian Jr, of course, but our apps were not tied
specifically to it.

The original TuxJunior/Knoppix4Kids work by Harry et al was going to be
based more on Morphix. As I recall, Morphix was already modular enough
(at least when we all discussed this two years ago) to make building
custom Debian-based Live CDs simple.
