I don't remember ;-)  Are you saying that ftp.xy.debian.org is preferable
to merkel.debian.org, or that there's a better way than "apt-get install -t
experimental"?  I thought I read somewhere that apt-get won't install
from experimental unless you explicitly use "-t experimental", but I can't
find that anymore (and it's not mentioned in the official instructions).
