After a few tries with the deb package I decided to try the CVS. I do search
for 'stable' in my mailbox to get a date on which hurd from CVS was
compilable and update to that.
But when I installed the compiled hurd I was no longer able to boot.
So I started anew with gnu-libio-YYYYMMDD.tar.gz

Should I compile libc as well (I have 0.3 from glibc 2.2.5-6 binary pkg)?
How (from what)?
Or do I need something else?
