Re: hurd does NOT need /hurd
/lib/modules contains files unique to the kernel being run(in the past, this
was Linux).
Why can't the same dir be used for hurd?
Because _the_ Hurd is not a kernel.
If GNU Mach becomes modular, than /lib/modules could (should ?) be used
for storing GNU Mach modules.
