Actually, if you know what to look for it is easy to fix it.
I wrote a better parsing routine, and now R1ANZ is in CE9 and the right
zone is picked up from ctydb.dat. It does VP2E, M and V correctly, and
puts UI8T in zone 18. Also did the default zones for W/VE..
Working on the exchange input now...:-)
This is becoming more and more fun.
