This is the one everyone is getting hung up on.  There is no schedule,
there are no dates, not even ballpark.  That's usually the case with
all-volunteer F/OSS software, such as Debian.  The answer to this
question is, still, "when it's ready".  Next time perhaps omitting this
part of the question will allow people to focus on the answerable parts.

These are good questions and, as I said, I agree that there should be
easily available answers.

Unfortunately I don't have the answers, but maybe someone else will.
