Leave 6S out for UbuntuGIS too, so you don't need a different upstream
tarball.

OTB in UbuntuGIS didn't have any issue because it doesn't have FTP
masters who care about proper licensing and their procedures to ensure
the packages they accept into the archive are DFSG compliant.
