Quelqu'un l'a déjà fait et a reçu une réponse :

wdm and xdm can sit quite happily together. Problems arise when you
have them both trying to run a local xserver. You problem is
probably that you have a line which reads ":0 local /usr/bin/X11/X" in
both /etc/X11/xdm/Xservers and /etc/X11/wdm/Xservers

The package in potato asks if you would like to move the servers from
xdm/Xservers into wdm/Xservers.

I am running all sorts of combinations of Xfree (3.3.2.3a and 3.3.3.1) on
my desktop machine, on which I also run wdm, I've had no stability
problems at all. Can you try and narrow this down a bit or give me a little
bit more information ?

Are you using Branden's 3.3.3.1 packages? If so, it may be time for me
to compile wdm with xdm-3.3.3.1 instead of xdm-3.3.2.3, although it shouldn't
really matter.
