Debian only _release_ a single distribution at a time. Our latest
released distribution is referred to as "stable".
Yes, we release _packages_ every day (twice a day, even), and organize
them for download grouped by the extend of "bleeding edge" they are.
So ok, you don't find Debian slow and boring _exactly_ because you
decide to "run ahead" and live on the bleeding edge :-)
That's great. I do that myself too.
Just don't confuse it with the officially released Debian distribution,
which is "stable", but also pretty slow in getting there. :-)
