Darío, that's a good point.

Now we have to write down the proposal. I think we can include these points 
(the translations of the titles have to be cheched):

1.- Abstract (Resumen)
2.- Antecedents (Antecedentes)
3.- Justification (Justificación)
4.- Proposal (Propuesta)
5.- Signers (Firmantes)

We have to be clear and concise
