This option takes two arguments, which can be a pain for getopt.
And this usage could be confusing. The GNU install-info can also accept
two non-option parameters:

ginstall-info --section section INFO-FILE

This could be disambiguated by checking if INFO-FILE is a file (and assume
there are no files named "title").



The second point was mentioned earlier IIRC (last year).
The dpkg's install-info aligns the sections' titles, and this is not done
by the GNU's install-info. I don't know whether this makes a difference
for the info viewers.
