Unmaintained manuals

Speaking of unmaintained documents, we should check e-mail address of
author. If e-mail address is dead and no one took over, document shall
be dealt as unmaintained.

For example

Each of the following recipients was rejected by a remote mail server.
The reasons given by the server are included to help you determine why
each recipient was rejected.

    Recipient: <ardo.van.rangelrooij@tip.nl>
    Reason: <ardo.van.rangelrooij@tip.nl>... User unknown
