Quick reference (First web pages build, what's next?)

Thank you for letting me upload "Quick Reference".  It is almost 1MB of
SGML codes in en, fr, it locales. 

I now see corresponding web pages build nicely at:

 http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/qref/index.en.html (100% English)
 http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/qref/index.fr.html ( 90% French)
 http://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/qref/index.it.html ( 90% Italian)

This is an administrator and/or user manual.

I do not know how to make link from pages like 

 http://www.debian.org/doc/ddp
 http://www.debian.org/doc/user-manuals

Can anyone help me?
