Except if it’s the first mail in the thread, then you will get
either a new bugreport or an error.
I really wish reportbug would not send the initial mail to me
either but leave that to the BTS which would, of course, need
to be patched to send it out then. That way, the submitter
also would immediately have an eMail they could reply to,
instead of things ending up at submit@b.d.o – which is also
true for the people you enter when you’re asked for Cc, as
opposed as adding them later with ‘s’.
