But most users won't have the skills to use that workaround.
I appreciated the idea in
https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2012/07/msg00002.html
that packages must be made non-conflicting, but still the end user
can install a conflicting 'legacy' package (upon which no other packages
are allowed to depend).
