Don't we want kf/kfd?

Are these any use without rsh? I have vague recollection ssh now supports ticket forwarding.
 
I think we should also remove:

- pfrom ("fetch a list of the current mail via POP")
- push ("fetch mail via POP").

Yes, agreed, didn't realize these were POP.
 
The following three are generic utilities, not particularly specific
to Kerberos:

/usr/bin/otp
/usr/bin/otpprint

Agreed. With these gone, it is possible we might be able to not compile/delete libotp0-heimdal too.
