Full NACK.

I would rather have native packages in 3.0 quilt format. Initialy they
would have no patches but NMU uploads would automatically generate
one.

I mean what stops us from having foo_1.0-1.dsc contain:

foo_1.0.tar.gz
debian.tar.gz
