Hm. Checked this too, but didn't find any difference. I also checked `du
-s -k .' for the contents of data.tar.gz and control.tar.gz and there I
also cannot find a difference. Maybe a call of `du -a' or a `find .
-printf "%p %s\n" | sort' or similar before dpkg-gencontrol could help
to track down the difference. Could it be a file-system related result,
that du calculates different sizes?
