Actually it required complete disinterest in the entire process; I made
the decision when the "Let's force in amd64 in spite of what anyone
says" GR got proposed. What required time, skill, planning and energy
was the process of actually teaching other folks the skills they needed
to help out; of the five volunteers only two worked out. At least by
now I'm only amused that your best characterisation of my time as RM is
"letting things rot".
