If is the DPL's job to supervise his delegates.  If you don't like
what a delegate is doing, ask the DPL.  This is called "administrative
recourse" in the law.  Exhaust it first, and only then start bringing
actions outside that process (as in, by GRs).

It is *your* job to press your case, not mine, not his.  If you want
something changed, *YOU* have to bring it up with people, by nice
polite private letters, rather than by public flame wars.

I will not support a GR if you have not *first* ascertained what the
relevant delegates and people think.  If you have not dealt with them,
then I won't support it.
