No quite. I'm all for having recent versions of templates translated. It
would however make more sense (apart from building a larger scaled
l10n-infrastructure) to send these to the mailing list of the translation
group. The translators would not appreciate being swamped by personal
mails, which would have the same effect as mailing a maintainer about bugs
in his packages (without BTS).
I hope, I've made my point clear: nothing against the programm itself, but I
have something against the destination of these reports.
