Huh? Weird logic... AFAIK most budget routers offer DHCP services these days... Which should, also by a Debian distro, be automatically recognized and used. If this is not the case, then I need to report some more bugs :)
Maybe it depends on the kind of user you're talking about. For people who don't care to have graphical shells it'll probably be more complex to access a web page.
