I disagree. The most problematic packages wrt moving into testing are
large, complicated sets of packages like the KDE things. E.g. it
would be completely ridiculous for sarge to release with KDE 2 still
in place, and with the GNOME release scheme as detailed above, chances
are much higher of that happening.
