| It could be argued that the Linux kernel's method of sharing memory
| mapped text pages between processes counts as distribution when two
| processes belonging to different users have the same executable along
| with shared libraries mapped into their address space. Okay, this is
| far-fetched but might work in a court.
So because of that, you have to have the sources of all GPL-ed
executables available to give to any user of your system? I'm not too
sure that'll hold in court, but then again, IANAL.
