If it is not too inconvenient, then it is merely inconvenient, and there are
many such things in life. The current statistics don't seem that bad,
considering that they include many older applications which were stalled for
a year or more because the current process did not exist. Now, applications
which are delayed for a long time seem to be the exception rather than the
rule.
