Really? Where I come from, one got caned for doing something
like that, and the aweful consequences f the act were drummed into
your head.
You certainly were not put in charge of the candy store, or
even allowed in there until it was felt that you had earned your
trust back.
So, I am not proposing a ban for life. I _am_ proposing we
take actions to protect our users from him, until the time we feel we
can trust him again.
