Note that rsh could be provided by heimdal-clients, which is
completely secure... (as long as you don't make it setuid root, this
is not done by default).
Then again, heimdal-clients also has functionality to run remote
X-Sessions, so rstartd may not really be required (not sure what it
does, I don't have it installed).
