Is it possible to release 2.2 without boot floppies, just so that those of us
eager to upgrade can get a stable release? People with an already running 2.1
don't necessarily need boot floppies to upgrade. Once the boot floppies are
ready, you could release 2.2.xx or 2.3.
Or is it safe to upgrade to unstable already?
