I would really like to see something done:
No more direct freeze of unstable. Create frozen by simply choosing which packages
from unstable can be move without breaking it. After a time, the RM can decided that
frozen is ready for releasing and create the new stable. This make the role of unstable
more like a generalized staging area: packages will need to pass this test before being
upgrade.
