If it's because nobody has time to do this, I propose to make a complete
hierarchy for the Debian Packages. I'm not (for the moment ?) a developper (I've sent my subscribtion 1,5 Month ago with no response. Is it normal ?).
I think the opposite : the new hierarchy must be done before Potato. This
distrib will have many packages and it would be largely better to have a
good set of directories to sort the packages.
Added to that, All the software in potato will need to be recompiled
because of the new Policy (/usr/doc for ex.), so it's not a problem to ask
the maintainers to change the Section: form on their packages.
