If it's because nobody has time to do this, I propose to make a complete hierarchy for the Debian Packages. I'm not (for the moment ?) a developper (I've sent my subscribtion 1,5 Month ago with no response. Is it normal ?). I think the opposite : the new hierarchy must be done before Potato. This distrib will have many packages and it would be largely better to have a good set of directories to sort the packages. Added to that, All the software in potato will need to be recompiled because of the new Policy (/usr/doc for ex.), so it's not a problem to ask the maintainers to change the Section: form on their packages. sami -- | .
