No, the bug isn't fixed. There is 2Kb of copyright information in the
copyright file (from the upstream sources), however, there is not one
mention of licence terms... I looked in the upstream sources of both
wu-ftpd{-academ} and BeroFTPd, and couldn't find anything. Our wu-ftpd
maintainer hasn't said anything, and the person who is interested in
BeroFTPd said to me that BeroFTPd seems to be stalled upstream.
