Intent to package `recite'

Hi,

I'm intending to package `recite', a GPLed English text to speech
program.  See <URL:http://www.canb.auug.org.au/~millerp/recite.html>.

  "The Recite program is an English text speech synthesizer.
   Unfortunately, it only works on Suns at this point.  The recite
   program is Copyright (c) 1993 Peter Miller.  All rights reserved."

I'm currently part-way through porting it to Linux and OSS (`open sound
system', not `open source software'...).
