Umm, "logwrites" has been around for at least a year... though I
haven't seen scripts built on top of it, that would be cool as far as
"instant packaging" goes. (On the other hand, well constructed
releases that use configure --prefix/make prefix= or xmkmf/make DESTDIR=
don't need that much work to set them up...)
