Oh... now there's an insanely great idea! There's no negative side-effects
for anyone who's not using the amateur radio protocol stacks in the kernel,
and it would be a large step towards a plug'n'play solution for hams until
we get a stable kernel we're willing to ship derived from the 2.1 stream.
