Do you maybe mean patch 2.[45]?  I still have the .deb for patch 2.2
which is still definitely libc5.  patch didn't become libc6 until 2.5.
I've put all of the files for patch 2.2 under
ftp://ftp.daft.com/pub/debian/old/patch_2.2*.
