Recent Tcl/Tk Changes

First, in case any of you missed it, I recently uploaded new,
libc6-based packages for Tcl 7.6/Tk 4.2 (named tcl7.6 and tk4.2) and
for Tcl 8.0/Tk 8.0 (named tcl8.0 and tk8.0).  I also uploaded updates
to the libc5-based packages for Tcl 7.6/Tk 4.2 (named tcl76 and tk42).
I encourage all maintainers of Tcl/Tk-based packages to update their
packages to work with these new Tcl/Tk packages.

Second, I am orphaning the old Tcl 7.4/Tk 4.0 packages (named tcl74
and tk40) and Tcl 7.5/Tk 4.1 packages (named tcl75 and tk41).  If
anyone wants to pick these packages, please let myself or Philippe
Troin <phil@fifi.org> know about it.
