Orphaned bugs?? [Was: Unanswered problem reports]

Shouldn't we force the use of our debian.org address in the Maintainer 
field, just to have coesion in this list (and avoid problems with 
expired addresses found in old packages) ?

I noticed that when I checked this list looking for a bug I raised to 
David (#5569) at the end of November, that owner@bugs said

So what ????



Maybe we all should scan those 216 bugs assigned to (unknown) and
reassign our own...
How to do that?
