That's how Internet standards (particularly from the IETF) work. You
can't have a standard until there are implementations. That's actually a
really good idea --- don't set it in stone until there is experience
with making it work!

Also, there are two seperate actions to support. One of them is "reply
privately to the sender." To find that address, you first check for
"Reply-To" and then "From".

The other one is "reply to group". Some people like private copies of
messages sent to the group. Some people hate them. Reply-To can't say
which category I fall in to.
