I have no problem with unofficial builds for testing as Attilio has been
doing. I even don't have any problems with creating udebs _outside_ the
archive that can be used using localudebs.

The only thing I have always objected to (and until now the arguments have
always been shared by others) is the suggestion to upload any CVS
packages into the Debian archive as they would conflict with official
packages.

I have addressed the concerns regading this point since the
minimeeting held some time ago[1] by proposing a solution that would
not interfere with the present packages.
